AIR-Quality Calibration is important procedure and must be done in order to achieve an accurate air quality reading.

Air Quality Calibration Steps:

- Before connecting SMB to the main board of Inspector, remove the plastic casing of the SMB.

- Focus on the potentiometer IC that consists of three terminals and prepare the DVM on the resistance measurements.

- Put the probes of the DVM on the potentiometer two terminals which are close to each other in order to measure the current resistance.

- Resistance value should be within a range of (20 KOHM to 23 KOHM).

- Use a slot-shape screw driver (small one) to regulate the potentiometer and measure the resistance value in order to adjust the resistance to its optimal value.

- Air-Quality reading should be CLEAN and your air-quality readings after that should be more accurate.

After calibration of the potentiometer, put the SMB board back in its plastic casing again carefully then connect its Ethernet cable back again.
