This section provides the required checks after installation, system startup behavior, and basic troubleshooting guidelines.

🔹 Pre-Power Checks

Before powering on the system, ensure the following:

  • Verify that the Inspector unit is operational on battery before connecting power lines
  • Do not connect mains or UPS lines directly; use the appropriate safety box
  • Ensure all wiring connections are correct
  • Do not swap line and neutral connections
  • Do not power on the unit until all wiring is fully completed
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local and national regulations
  • Verify that cable specifications and diameters meet installation requirements
  • Ensure all required tools are available before starting installation

🔹 System Startup

After completing installation, follow these steps:

  • Power on the system using the Power button

Expected behavior:

  • The AC indication LED turns ON after approximately 10 seconds, indicating system power is available
  • The status LEDs (Running, Internet, Error) start blinking after approximately 10 seconds
  • The Running LED remains ON, indicating normal operation
  • The MMU, THPA, and SIB LEDs:
    • Online LED → ON
    • Alarm LED → OFF
  • The BB Router LEDs (Power, Internet, Ethernet):
    • Turn ON within approximately 3 minutes


Troubleshooting

If the system does not behave as expected, refer to the following:

  1. Issue: MB LED is ON but keeps blinking

Action:

  • The system may be downloading a new firmware
  • If no communication exists between MB and Inspector, the MB online LED will continue blinking


  1. Issue: MB LED is blinking during normal operation

Action:

  • Check the communication cable between Inspector and MB


  1. Issue: MMU Alarm LED is blinking

Action:

  • One or more current coils may not be properly connected
  • Check all current sensor connections


  1. Issue: Router Internet LED is OFF

Action:

  • Verify that the USB internet device is properly connected and functional


  1. Issue: Router Ethernet LED is OFF

Action:

  • Check the Ethernet cable between the Inspector and the router
