Use the following safety guidelines to ensure your own personal safety and to help protect your equipment and working environment from potential damage:


  • Inspector unit is designed and utilized to measure voltage up to 480V and current up to 80A – These values are considered High Voltage and Current, and should be considered, at all times, during the installation, configuration, maintenance and service of the unit


  • Installation must be performed by an electrician or equivalent qualified person, in accordance with all Local and National Regulatory Requirements


  • Always verify all electrical sources to ensure there is no live power present, before starting to perform any task on the Inspector Unit


  • For your safety, do not connect Main lines and/or UPS lines directly, you have to use circuit breakers for Mains and UPS connection


  • At all times during the installation, maintenance or hardware configuration of the Inspector Unit, ALL energy sources to, and from Inspector unit have to be fully controlled, and verified with the implementation of a LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) protocol, as approved by any Local and National Regulatory Requirement


  • For your safety, check any wrong line connections and never swap neutral and lines proper connections


  • Do not apply power to the unit until the wiring is completed


  • Make sure Inspector cover is placed, be correctly assembled and all fasteners are tightened before turning on electricity
