XMB Connection Troubleshooting
- Open Inspector Embedded Webserver Configurations.
- Look at XMB connection status.
- After connecting the XMB units, you will see Connected for each XMB connection state.
- In case if you see Disconnected:
- Move the LAN Cable of XMB to different LAN port and check if it’s connected
- If the 1st solution didn’t work, try to replace the LAN cable
- If still exist, replace the whole unit with new XMB unit with the same ID/Index

During replacing SMB unit, new SMB installed MUST have the same index of the old unit. |
