1. Open Inspector Embedded Webserver Configurations.
  2. Look at XMB connection status.
  3. After connecting the XMB units, you will see Connected for each XMB connection state.
  4. In case if you see Disconnected:
    • Move the LAN Cable of XMB to different LAN port and check if it’s connected
    • If the 1st solution didn’t work, try to replace the LAN cable
    • If still exist, replace the whole unit with new XMB unit with the same ID/Index


During replacing SMB unit, new SMB installed MUST have the same index of the old unit.
