- Open the Inspector embedded web server.
- Ensure that the internet connection is active and wait a few seconds for status update.
- Check the Internet status:
- If the status is “DISCONNECTED”, proceed with the following actions.

- Verify the LAN cable connection.
- Check the internet status again after reconnection.
- If the issue persists:
- Restart or replace the internet router
- If the problem is still not resolved:
- Check or replace the Inspector main unit
