Sensor connection Troubleshooting
This section provides steps to diagnose and resolve sensor connection issues.
♦ Checking Sensor Status
- Open the Inspector embedded web server.
- Navigate to the sensor connection status page.
- Verify the status of each connected sensor:
- A properly connected sensor should appear as “Connected”.
♦ Troubleshooting Disconnected Sensors
If a sensor status appears as “Disconnected”, perform the following actions:
- Check the physical connection:
- Ensure the sensor is properly connected to the correct port.
- If the issue persists:
- Try connecting the sensor to a different port.
- If the problem is not resolved:
- Replace the connection cable.
- If the issue still exists:
- Replace the sensor.
