THPAQ Troubleshooting
This section provides steps to diagnose and resolve issues related to the THPAQ module.
♦ Checking THPAQ Status
- Open the Inspector embedded web server
- Navigate to the sensor connection status page
- Verify the connection status of the THPAQ module:
- The status should appear as “Connected”
♦ Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If the THPAQ status shows “Disconnected” or any error, perform the following:
- Check the physical connection:
- Ensure that the THPAQ module is properly connected to the unit
- If the issue persists:
- Check the connection cables for any damage or loose connections
- If the problem is not resolved:
- Replace the THPAQ module
