This page shows up all users’ information (Name, Role,Country, Email Address and Mobile Number).


  • Roles:
  1. Global Admin
  2. Technical Support Manager
  3. Region Admin
  4. Country Admin
  5. Modality Manager
  6. Site Admin
  7. Technician
  8. Site Watcher
  9. Modality Watcher
  10. Country Watcher
  11. Region Watcher
  12. Dummy



  • Filter Users
  1. Enter user's Name/Email/Mobile.
  2. Select specific All/Country.
  3. Select Roles (All or specific roles).
  4. Select Status (Active, Inactive or Both).
  5. Click Filter button.


  • Add New User
  1. Enter user's Basic Data (Email,First & Last name, Mobile, Country, Role, Modality and Password).
  2. Select if user is responsible for Receiving Expiration Notification or not.

      (This option is valid only in case of user’s role is (Global Admin, Region Admin, and Country Admin))

  1. Click Save button.
    • Then password is sent to user's email automatically
    • User can update password later from Edit Profile page

  • Reactivate & Deactivate Users


Authorized users can:

    • Reactivate users in case any of User Inactivity condition happens as declared in Login Process chapter
    • Deactivate users if their accounts aren't used anymore
