Software Configurations Troubleshooting
- If you don’t see all parameters in readings/trend readings pages, review 'Installed Measurements Units' section in Edit Site page
- If configuration file is not .bbc, disable download manager if any

You should NOT connect a DC adapter, as it is used to load default network configurations for maintenance purposes. |
- If online Led is On and stable, but no readings on Current Readings page in website after 10 minutes, make sure you have uploaded the correct configuration file
- If All configurations are OK, but cannot get online:
- Unplug Ethernet cable from Inspector.
- Plug cable in your laptop.
- Give your laptop the same network configurations as Inspector’s, and check:
- If you are unable to connect to the Internet, review network configurations/connections with IT manager
- If you can connect to the Internet, then you need to contact support team
- If you don’t know what configurations are loaded to Inspector so you cannot connect to embedded web server to reconfigure, connect a 12 Volts DC adapter and restart Inspector to load in maintenance mode with default configurations in Embedded Webserver Configurations chapter
- If there is an issue in network configurations, refer to LAN Required Security Permissions chapter.
