Changing network configurations doesn't reflect remotely. You should re-download a new configuration file here, and update the device. |
Communication Protocols and Ports:
- Open port (443) for HTTPS protocol
- Open port (80) for HTTP protocol
- For hardware version 3.3 (firmware versions < 4.4.0), should open port (11101) for communication using TCP/IP protocol
Proxy Configurations:

Proxy configurations are supported with Firmware Version 4.4.0 and versions above this. |
- Inspector supports Web Proxy (HTTPS Proxy) servers
- To configure proxy, you need an IP address and port number
- Inspector supports only basic authentication (username and password) if any
Other types of proxy servers are not supported.
Time Synchronization:
Inspector repeatedly synchronizes time with time servers using SNTP protocol.
You can choose to use default time server or configure your own.
You need to open port (123) for SNTP protocol.

- 0.pool.ntp.org
- 1.pool.ntp.org

- Custom Time Servers:
If you don't have access to default time servers or need to use special servers, you can configure your own.

If time synchronization fails, device can't go online, and make sure that time servers are accessible through your network. |
